Four days retreat in New Orleans with Lauren - Thank you for the break Michal!
Cafe Du Monde, our final stop - we"ll see if I can come close to replicating the benet (sp?)
We got to see Ashley, Nick, and baby Stella who enjoy The Cresent City as their home
The days were packed with walks, food, and drink
Some of the best were Dante's Kitchen, Cochon, and Herb Saint.
A morning walk in Audobon Park - we saw these Great Snowy Egrets
The St. Charles St Trolley took us EVERYWHERE - $1.25 each time, and mostly prompt.
We got complimentary tickets for a house tour in the Garden District, that started with the B&B we stayed at - The Terrell House - awesome breakfasts and accomodations
A street festival was going on Sat. int he French Quarter - this is Smoking Jazz Club

Looks like you had a great trip. I am sure you needed that time to re-connect! What a great family you have... Makes me want to go to New Orleans.
