Michal and I discovered another favorite hiking spot - Carter Rock. It's along the C&O canal and only 15 minutes from our house. I've learned that I have plenty of energy for a couple of hours in the early afternoon, especially when I'm outside. Canoeing last weekend with Lauren and hiking this past weekend have been two ways to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Juniper also loves it, if that's not obvious.
